Sales Manager (Make Up & Cosmetics Brand)

Sales Manager in cosmetics drives regional revenue growth by leading field sales teams, managing distributor/retailer relationships, and implementing sales strategies for beauty products within a specific territory.

Job Description:

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of beauty advisors or sales representatives.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and retail partners.
• Market Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data to forecast sales, monitor competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities.
• Field Visits & Operations: Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards, brand guidelines, and inventory management. LinkedIn +5

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5+ years of sales experience, with proven success in cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG retail management.
• Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Mobility: Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Can start ASAP.
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
