Sales Manager - Sales

Job Description:

Looking to step into a role with higher income potential and a pathway to management?

This opportunity is designed for individuals with sales experience or a strong interest in sales, who are ready to grow into a leadership position over time.

This is not an immediate managerial role.

You will first build your foundation as an individual contributor, before progressing towards managing and leading a team.

About the Role:

You will be trained and guided to:

• build your own client base through outreach and conversations
• handle real sales discussions and follow-ups
• develop communication and relationship-building skills
• work within a structured training and mentorship system

What You’ll Do:

• Initiate conversations and build new connections
• Manage follow-ups and client discussions
• Attend weekly sales training, coaching, and roleplays
• Work towards activity and performance targets

Progression Path:

• Start as an individual contributor
• Build consistency in sales and client management
• Progress towards leading and developing a team

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree
• Able to work in Singapore (no sponsorship required)
• Open to learning and being coached
• Comfortable in a people-facing environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
