Job Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our service.
- Answering questions about the service or the company.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
- Sources leads via online portals(LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Plans, manages, and monitors recruitment campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Outbound sales experience is a must
- Publishing Consultant / Marketing Consultant experience is a plus but not required
- Experience and training in the fields of sales or telemarketing is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills
- A passion for sales, enthusiasm to learn, and the aptitude to develop new skills is vital
- A positive, commercial, and customer-focused mindset
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications and Outlook
- Assertive, Confident, and Aggressive
- Good work ethics
- A proven ability to hit and exceed targets
- Ability to work autonomously
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
