Your role as Sales & Product Manager
You’ll be the driving force behind the launch and global roll-out of Saga’s newest SaaS product. From positioning and go-to-market strategy to securing the first lighthouse clients, you’ll lead the push that turns innovation into adoption. You’ll work closely with our founders, Product, and Marketing teams to translate client feedback into action and scale what works. This role blends strategy, storytelling, and execution, you’ll shape how the product reaches the world and what growth looks like from here.
Your core responsibilities:
Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy for Saga’s new product
Open new markets, identify early adopters, and build strategic partnerships
Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach and demo to onboarding
Collaborate with Product to refine roadmap based on real-world client input
Deliver tailored demos and pilots that show clear value and accelerate adoption
Represent Saga at industry events, roundtables, and client briefings
Build repeatable processes for pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
Create feedback loops between Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive growth
What you’ll bring to Saga
You’re a builder with commercial instinct, someone who loves creating traction and scale. You think like a founder, communicate with clarity, and thrive in fast-changing environments. You know how to open doors, listen deeply, and make complex ideas feel simple and inevitable.
5+ years of GTM experience at B2B SaaS product companies.
Proven success launching or scaling new products internationally
Ability to combine storytelling with data-driven decision-making
Strong presentation and negotiation skills; comfortable with C-level conversations
Proven track record in B2B or enterprise sales cycles
Strong communication and negotiation skills with an ability to build trust fast
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Leadership
Analytical mindset; comfortable with metrics, forecasting, and CRM tools
Fluent in English (additional European language a plus) Passion for technology and curiosity about how AI is reshaping industries
