About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys networking, and has a passion for creating business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and client segments to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized business solutions.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to execute lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and meetings.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and follow-ups effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, client acquisition, or B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving attitude.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
