Sales Representative

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience
• Assist customers with phone plans, devices, and accessories
• Process sales, activations, and upgrades accurately
• Educate customers on products and services
• Maintain store appearance and product displays
• Meet sales goals and contribute to store performance
• Participate in training and stay up-to-date on promotions and products
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and returns professionally

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic technical knowledge of smartphones, tablets, and wireless services is a plus
• Positive attitude, motivated, and goal-oriented
