Sales Development Representative (Outbound Lead Generation) – US Hours

Salary Range: ₱25,000 - ₱35,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

In this role, you will become an integral extension of the client’s sales team, contributing directly to their mission while benefiting from mentorship, collaboration, and ongoing support from both the client’s leadership and the Pivotl team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation and support business growth for our EdTech client. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting outbound outreach, and booking meetings for the sales team.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a track record in outbound sales, excels in a dynamic environment, and is motivated to grow in a results-focused position.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Understand potential customer pain points and decision-making processes through effective research.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of outreach and engagement activity in the CRM.
- Follow up rigorously on leads via email and phone to drive conversion and engagement.
- Work closely with account executives to optimize messaging, target personas, and improve overall sales pipeline efficiency.
- Hit or exceed monthly activity and meeting-booking targets to sustain a high-quality lead pipeline.
Qualifications Required:
- At least 1 year of outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing experience (BPO experience preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Resilient, coachable, and self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed KPIs.
- Able to work night shift hours to align with U.S. time zones.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting U.S.-based sales teams.
- Proficiency using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
- Track record of exceeding pipeline and outreach targets.
- Research and problem-solving skills for identifying customer needs and opportunities.

Salary
