Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Sales Person with experience in the paint industry who can help expand our customer base and provide knowledgeable support to contractors and homeowners.

What You’ll Do

• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Grow and maintain sales accounts
• Develop strong, long-term customer relationships
• Expand and manage your assigned sales territory
• Use your knowledge of paint and paint supplies to guide customers
• Follow up on sales leads with in-person visits and calls
• Recommend new products or services that may benefit customers
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and effective solutions

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with previous experience selling paint and paint supplies strongly preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to travel as needed
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
