Sales Representative - Clare

Geary’s Garage, suppliers of John Deere agricultural machinery are looking for a Sales Rep based in Clarecastle, Co Clare.

Selling new, used agricultural equipment to new and existing customers. Creates and manages customer relationships within the Clare region. Understands the market needs and develops equipment sales approaches.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Represents the Dealership in the sale of products and services to customers
• Creates or maintains strong relationships with all potential customers within the sales area assigned.
• Responsible for prospecting and customer qualification.
• Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
• Monitors competitor´s sales and marketing activities, industry trends and arising customer challenges
• Arranges participation of customers in field demonstrations for equipment.
• Oversees product and service delivery to making sure to fulfill customer satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years sales experience
• Good knowledge of agricultural equipment
• Proficient in using digital tools and software used in the sales process. Familiar with most common operating systems
• Ability to use and analyze internal reports
• Willingness to travel frequently in the assigned sales territory
• Excellent attitude with integrity and honesty.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €32,000.00-€42,000.00 per year
