Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

Three’s Sweetie Treets is a growing candy brand specializing in freeze-dried candy, snacks, and sweet treats. We are currently hiring Sales Representatives to help promote and sell our products through social media and personal networks.

This is a commission-based independent contractor position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Promote products through social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
• Share product information with friends, family, and personal networks
• Generate sales through a personalized referral link
• Communicate with customers and answer basic product questions
• Participate in training and follow brand guidelines for messaging

Pay

• Commission on all sales generated
• Paid weekly every Wednesday for the previous week’s sales
• Performance-based incentives may be offered

This is a 1099 contractor position. Taxes are not withheld.

Training

• Paid training provided at $8 - $10 per hour
• Training includes product knowledge, sales process, and brand guidelines

Schedule

• Flexible schedule
• Work hours are self-managed based on your availability

Requirements

• Reliable and self-motivated
• Comfortable using social media
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Must be at least 16 years old
