Pay: $20 – $30 per hour + Weekly Bonus/Incentives + Commission

We’re looking for a Sales Representative who is confident, driven, and skilled in guiding patients through important healthcare decisions. This role combines consultative sales, case management, and financial coordination, making a direct impact on both patient outcomes and clinic growth.

What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and guide them through recommended care plans
• Present treatment options and clearly explain value, outcomes, and pricing
• Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
• Support patients through financial decisions and payment options
• Manage patient cases from initial consultation through onboarding
• Follow up with prospective patients to convert interest into commitment
• Collaborate with providers to align treatment plans with patient goals
• Track performance and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, consultative sales, or high-ticket sales preferred
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable discussing pricing and financial options with patients
• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-based sales is a plus
