Comer & Cross Concrete Floor Coatings is rapidly expanding and actively hiring Outside Sales Representatives / In-Home Sales Consultants for our Fort Wayne market.

We are looking for motivated, competitive individuals who want to build a high-income career in sales with a fast-growing company.

What You’ll Do

• Run in-home sales appointments with homeowners
• Present and demonstrate our concrete coating systems
• Provide estimates and close sales on-site

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience preferred (in-home sales, home improvement, construction, roofing, solar, automotive, or commission sales)
• Strong communication and closing ability
• Competitive, driven, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work evenings and some weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.

• Typical earnings: $120,000 – $180,000+ annually
