Responsibilities

• Conduct on site inspections for storm damages and retail estimates. This includes Ground inspections of siding, windows, gutters, and Roofing inspections.
• Walk homeowners through the insurance claim process.
• Meet with Insurance adjusters to help homeowners achieve the most coverage possible.
• Documents all damages with detailed notes and photos.
• Generate new business through direct outreach, from referrals, and company generated leads.
• Keep homeowner informed and in constant communication throughout the process.
• Collect payments on time from homeowners.
• Work with production team on all builds to ensure the smoothest process possible.
• Ensure CRM is always up to date with the latest job information.

Experience

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales. Roofing or construction industry preferred
• Strong skills in customer service, and account management with a focus on building long-term relationships
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Acculynx, Job Nimbus, Rooflink, or other CRM tools used for lead tracking and analysis prefered
• Comfortable and capable of setting up a ladder safely
• Ability to walk on roofs confidently

Mandatory Requirements

• Must be 21 or older
• Must have a valid drivers license with relatively clean driving record
• Must be able to pass drug and background checks.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
