Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Coordinator – Sales & Retail Recruitment

About the Role:

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and people-driven HR Coordinator with a strong background in sales and retail talent acquisition. You’ll be the key point of contact for front-line hiring, making sure our stores and sales teams are powered by the best talent out there. This role blends recruitment expertise with HR coordination, offering you a dynamic and impactful opportunity in one of the country’s most competitive hiring spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for retail and sales roles — from sourcing to onboarding
• Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies
• Post job ads, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with stakeholders
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards
• Support campus hiring, job fairs, and partnership development with sourcing channels
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Assist in other HR-related functions like employee engagement initiatives, HRIS updates, and reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in sales and retail industries
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
