Job Description

As a Sales Support Intern at NCS, you’ll get hands-on exposure to how large-scale technology deals are shaped and delivered. You’ll work closely with sales and pre-sales teams, learn how tenders are managed in a real enterprise environment, and see how client needs are translated into proposals and contracts.
This role is ideal for students who want to understand enterprise sales, stakeholder management, and how commercial decisions are made in a leading technology services organisation.
Impactful Projects
You will support sales and pre-sales teams on active opportunities and major tenders, gaining exposure across the end-to-end sales cycle. This includes opportunity planning, client engagement, proposal preparation, tender submissions, and contract finalisation.
What you will learn
  • How enterprise sales pipelines are managed and tracked
  • The end-to-end tender and bid process in a large organisation
  • How to prepare quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation
  • Professional communication through attending client meetings and preparing minutes
  • Stakeholder coordination across sales, delivery, and internal support teams
  • How sales data and activity tracking support sales strategy and decision-making
Your responsibilities
  • Support sales and pre-sales activities across the sales pipeline
  • Attend internal and client meetings, and prepare meeting notes and action items
  • Assist in coordinating and preparing tender and bid submissions
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and track deliverables
  • Maintain and update sales trackers and documentation
  • Provide general support to sales initiatives during peak tender periods


Qualifications

  • Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines when required
