Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team in the South San Francisco bay area, CA. This position is a hybrid role, with the requirement to work onsite from Day 1. The ideal candidate will have between 5 to 10 years of experience leading the implementation of large-scale cross-functional enterprise systems, preferably in the automotive or related industries. Experience with Salesforce Ecosystem is a huge plus, but candidates with strong knowledge of Salesforce are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of cross-functional enterprise systems, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects while meeting scope and budget requirements.
• Collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors to gather and define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.
• Ensure effective communication between cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and aligning business goals with technical solutions.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Oversee project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Leverage knowledge of Salesforce configuration (or willingness to learn) to contribute to the integration and customization of Salesforce solutions.
• Adapt to new technologies and methodologies, ensuring continuous improvement in project management practices and solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve issues proactively, and ensure project success across diverse teams and business functions.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the project teams, driving positive outcomes through strong leadership and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business/Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or Operations (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of project management experience, with a focus on delivering large-scale cross-functional enterprise systems.
• Experience with Salesforce ecosystem is a major advantage, though knowledge of the platform is required.
• Experience in the automotive industry or related fields (e.g., electric or autonomous mobility) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously and driving them to successful completion.
• PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) is preferred but not required.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and respond to challenges in a proactive manner.
• A hands-on, flexible approach to leading projects, with a focus on continuous learning and process improvement.
• Strong interest in learning new technologies, particularly in the fields of Salesforce and enterprise system integrations.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
