Front Desk / Customer Experience Specialist – LoveLeys Hair Salon
LoveLeys Hair Salon is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and service-driven Front Desk / Customer Experience Specialist to be the welcoming face of our salon. This role is essential in creating an elevated guest experience, supporting seamless daily operations, and upholding the high customer care standards our salon is known for.

Duties
- Greet guests, clients, and vendors warmly, creating a welcoming and elevated salon atmosphere
- Manage salon check-ins, appointment flow, and guest experience from arrival to departure
- Update and manage the salon booking calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments
- Communicate with clients professionally through phone, email, and text regarding appointments, services, follow-ups, and salon updates
- Support client marketing and communication efforts, including creating simple graphics, announcements, and client messages using Canva
- Maintain organized client records, data entry, and documentation using booking systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Manage multi-line phone systems and ensure excellent phone etiquette at all times
- Support inventory management, including tracking retail products, restocking, and notifying leadership of low stock
- Assist with salon staff duty scheduling and daily operational coordination
- Handle front desk operations including retail purchases, client inquiries, and service recommendations
- Support administrative tasks such as correspondence, proofreading, and general clerical support
- Ensure the front desk and salon environment remain clean, polished, and elevated throughout the day
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards while resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Assist with maintaining a smooth, efficient, and client-focused salon experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles (salon or hospitality experience preferred)
- Proficiency with Canva for basic marketing materials and client communication support
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and booking software systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with calendar management, client communication, and appointment coordination
- Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Knowledge of professional phone etiquette and customer service best practices
- Experience with inventory tracking or retail support is a plus
- Previous experience in a salon, spa, medical office, or customer-facing environment is advantageous but not required
