Sap Fico Consultant

Basic Functions:

SAP FICO Consultants are deployed on-site during implementation up to the go-live period. Their responsibility ends when the projects go-live. Consultants play a more important role than end/power users within the client’s company because they are responsible for the implementation and system configuration based on business requirements, business analysis, improving processes, and looking for new opportunities/services.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the business process analysis and engineering from implementation to project preparation; blueprinting; configuration, customization, and testing; end-user training; and overall client management of SAP clients.
• Access customer implementation needs, craft innovative solutions that span different subject matter domains, and implement these plans to the customer's satisfaction.
• Implements Financial, Controlling, and Cash Management modules for SAP ERP Customers.
• Implements Simple Finance in SAP S/4 HANA.
• Facilitates FICO blueprinting sessions and finalizes blueprint document.
• Gather business requirements for customized programs and reports.
• Design program specifications for development.
• Conducts integration testing with other modules.
• Conducts user acceptance testing.
• Facilitates checking and finalization of master data records and beginning balances.
• Provides FICO user manual and configuration manual.
• Conducts FICO key user training.
• Supervises end-user training.
• Conducts on-site go-live support

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• At least 3 to 8 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting.
• Completed at least 1 full-cycle SAP implementation project for external client.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and configuration related to SAP FICO, including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules.
• Experience with BIR CAS (Computerized Accounting System) project implementation is an advantage.
