Purpose & Objectives

Join a fast-moving Business Transformation Management “BTM” team as Go-to-Market Student Intern and work at the intersection of Sales Strategy, GTM Execution, and Operational Excellence. This unique opportunity offers hands-on experience supporting key initiatives that directly impact regional Sales teams’ performance and productivity.


Expectations & Tasks

You’ll be immersed in high-impact, real-world strategic initiatives focused on helping the BTM Sales teams exceed their targets. You’ll work directly with cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, Global Market Development) and gain exposure to data-driven decision-making and GTM strategy execution.


Key Projects You’ll Support:

  • Pipeline Motions: Build reporting tools to help Sales Leaders spot risks and improve deal progression.
  • Pipeline Quality Risks: Ensure Sales has visibility on deals that need attention and recommend actions to de-risk pipeline.
  • BTM Sales Motions Whitespace: Provide Sales with recommendations on the accounts “in-market” for BTM solutions using intent data and predictive modeling.
  • Modernize our operations using enterprise AI


Learning & Development Opportunities

During this fellowship, you will:

  • Gain hands-on experience in GTM strategy and sales operations within a tech company
  • Work with data and dashboards to support business decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, and Operations teams
  • Present insights to senior stakeholders and make real business impact

Ideal Traits:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communicator who can simplify complexity
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI and Python with Polars (or Pandas) or similar data analysis and visualization tools
  • Strong understanding on how AI can help to simplify and accelerate operations, e.g. using Skills in Claude
  • Ability to manage advanced/complex data structures, practical experience with Excel is recommended. Understanding of basic SQL; PowerQuery and PowerBI is a plus
  • A self-starter who takes ownership and enjoys collaboration
  • Passion for tech, sales strategy, and GTM planning
