Expected Start Date: March 2026
Working hours: Full time (5days/week) availability
Role Overview: The APAC RISE business is scaling rapidly across Market Units, with increasing engagement across Sales, Presales, Partner Ecosystem, Product Teams, and Global RISE programs.
This role supports the APAC RISE Blackbelt Team and Regional Leadership in driving structured internal and external communications, cross-functional coordination of executive content preparation, and follow-through on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Field & Ecosystem Communications
- Coordinate APAC-wide communications to Sales, Presales, and Partners
- Coordinate structured push updates (pricing changes, GTM refresh, newsletters, announcements)
- Maintain communications calendar and ensure message consistency
Digital Content & Portal Support
- Support launch and ongoing curation of the APAC RISE Portal
- Organize and refresh playbooks, references, methodology assets, and pricing content
- Track engagement and feedback from the field
Program & Event Support
- Coordinate enablement sessions, Safeshift and Fit2Suite workshops, sales plays, and regional briefings
- Support agenda preparation, materials consolidation, and stakeholder alignment
- Track follow-ups and action items post customer and partner meetings
Leadership Support
- Coordinate executive customer briefing notes
- Consolidate inputs across Market Units and global stakeholders
Profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through discipline
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- Digitally proficient (PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and Content Savvy
