SAP4 Hana Accountant Project Internship

• Supports the monitoring of Project Risks and Budget with the help of the external Business, external consultants and IT Project Manager
• Contributes to define the new CCOA according the HQ Standard Template considering both the local steering requirements and compliance with IFRS and HGB reporting standards
• Supports for the adapting and redesigning the new month end accounting process after SAP4 roll out (es. Creation of new journal entries, reconciliations etc)
• Promote that the Accounting Staff is on boarded on time for training and testing
• Supports the analysis for the Project budget spending and the Project roll out set up (what to implement and what not, to which extent etc.)
• Supports VWB team in month end closing activities and reconciliation

• Degree in Economics/accounting is preferred

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• General Accounting Knowledge (IFRS is a plus)

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Knowledge of SAP R3 / SAP S/4HANA is a plus

• Optimistic, proactive and structured approach to work with good analytical and process analysis skills;
• Strong problem solving attitude;
• Willing to work well in a fast-paced, results-oriented and rapidly changing environment.
