Responsibilities:
3rd Shift - 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM Sunday through Friday morning
Pay Rate $24.70/hr plus Shift Differential

Now hiring for Assemblers at our Murrysville, PA manufacturing plant. In this role you will be responsible for SCBA Line 100 assembly and the following tasks:
- Assembly of component parts and related sub-assemblies according to drawings and customer specifications.
- Will work with various test machines, high pressure air, and various hand and power tools, torque wrenches and vises.
- Performs tests using testing apparatuses, troubleshoots, visually inspects, and repairs sub-assemblies and component parts as needed.
- Completes and maintains relevant paperwork and inputs information in computer system.
- Packages material for shipment.
- Responsible for maintaining production goals through linearity / productivity targets and cost containment by eliminating waste.
- Adherence to safety, housekeeping and quality standards as they relate to the production and the company’s objective is required.
Ability to:
- read and understand drawings with complex configurations, work instructions and test procedures.
- take shared responsibility for Quality.
- understand standard units of measure.
- set-up and interpret results of various measuring devices.
- perform standard software operations including SAP.
- sit, stand, reach, bend, sometimes lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 pounds without assistance.
- use power and hand tools.
- effectively communicate with various levels within the organization including training of new associates and temporaries.
- work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- actively participate in problem solving & continuous improvement efforts.
- consistently perform work within the established cycle times.
Education and Experience Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year previous manufacturing or related experience.
