Seasonal Chef - Villa Alaro, Mallorca

A high-end villa in Alaro, Mallorca is seeking an experienced Chef for the upcoming season, running from June through to October, with the potential for extension into November.

This is a professionally run villa operating at the luxury end of the market, welcoming an international clientele throughout the season. The role works on a rotational daily schedule with another chef, alternating between morning and evening shifts. Typical hours are approximately 6am–3pm for mornings and 2/3pm–9/10pm for evenings.

The cuisine style is focused on fresh, healthy and Mediterranean-inspired food, while still requiring confidence across a broad range of cuisines and styles. The successful candidate must be comfortable producing well-balanced, high-quality food consistently, while also being able to create and write English-language menus confidently. its an open planned kitchen so being able to to cook with guests around is also a must.

All provisioning is handled through high-end suppliers, allowing chefs to focus on execution and organisation rather than sourcing. During the busiest summer periods, an additional chef is brought in, allowing for some time off even during back-to-back bookings.

The villa is already heavily booked, with August fully occupied and most of July confirmed, however chefs are paid a fixed monthly salary regardless of occupancy levels. Tips are discretionary.

Candidates must be fluent in English, legally able to live and work in Spain, and have their own accommodation and vehicle to commute to and from the villa.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chef looking for a structured seasonal position within a high-end private villa environment in Mallorca. After a successful summer there could also be r some freelance work over winter as well as a renewal of the seasonal contract the following year from April onwards.

Qualifications required: yacht chef background preferred, previous villa chef roles, rights to work and Spain
