Bilingual Security Officer (English/Spanish) – Downtown / Brickell

Position Overview
Nation Security is looking for a dependable and professional Bilingual Security Officer to join our Downtown/Brickell team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong security and customer service experience who thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility environments. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, orderly, and welcoming atmosphere for residents, visitors, and staff while delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional, approachable, and visible security presence to deter unsafe or unauthorized activity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while enforcing building policies and company procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety, identify potential risks, and respond appropriately.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including medical, fire, or security incidents.
• Oversee access control, assist with crowd management, and support parking or traffic coordination as needed.
• Accurately document daily activities, observations, and incidents.
• Follow established safety protocols to promote a secure and welcoming environment.

Required Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Florida Class D Security License.
• Professional appearance and courteous, respectful demeanor.
• Strong observational skills, situational awareness, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to providing high-quality service.
• Ability to remain calm, confident, and effective under pressure or during emergencies.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
