A sign-on and retention bonus will be paid upon reaching three 3 months of service. A further payment of $750 will be issued upon six 6 months of continuous employment. In total, this amounts to $1,500. Terms and conditions apply.
About the Role
The position is primarily responsible for maintaining a strong security presence while remaining alert and focused at all times. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed, and customer-focused team, delivering exceptional service to all customers and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Roster & Travel Requirements:
- Thursday: The successful candidate will collect the vehicle from the office in Berrimah and travel to site. This day is paid as an 8 -hour shift.
- Friday to Thursday: 12 hour shifts from 0600 to 1800hrs while on site.
- Following Friday: The successful candidate will return to Darwin, with the travel day paid as an 8-hour shift (approximately 6.5 hours travel time).
This roster operates on a rotating basis, with the next team member commencing the same cycle each Thursday.
Skills & experience
- Current NT Security License
- NT unrestricted Driver's License
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Ability to work in high pressure environments
