Position: Courier Delivery Driver/Independent Operator
We are seeking independent courier delivery drivers/owner-operators to provide reliable and efficient package delivery services. As a Courier Driver, your role will involve safely and promptly delivering packages to clients while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities
· Transport packages and documents safely and efficiently to designated locations.
· Load and unload items from your vehicle.
· Ensure packages arrive undamaged and on time.
· Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
· Follow delivery schedules and optimize routes.
· Perform basic vehicle maintenance as needed.
· Deliver small packages and envelopes.
· Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Utilize strong problem-solving skills for efficient delivery operations.
· Work independently or collaboratively in a team setting.
· Maintain attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Qualifications
· Vehicle Requirements:
· Reliable car, truck, SUV, or minivan.
· A phone with data for communication and navigation.
· Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
· Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Preferred Skills and Experience
· Previous customer service experience is an asset.
· Physical capability to lift heavy packages and perform manual tasks.
· Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous.
Additional Details
· Work Environment: Casual dress, on-site parking, and flexible work arrangements.
· Work Location: Greater Toronto Area
· Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend availability as needed.
· Education: Secondary School (preferred).
· License: Class G license or equivalent (preferred).
