Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

We’re looking for a senior AP professional who takes pride in keeping things accurate and organised. You’ll be trusted with 800–1,000 invoices each month, so you’ll need to be thorough, dependable, and comfortable speaking with colleagues across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the end-to-end AP process: invoice processing, reconciliations, some forecasting, and board-level reporting.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams- your clear communication and friendly approach will help keep things running smoothly.
• Support a SAP Business One implementation and bring ideas to improve processes as the business moves from manual to automated systems and introduces purchase orders.
• Assist with VAT queries and compliance.

What You Bring

• 5+ years’ AP experience in a busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail- you stay on top of invoices and deadlines.
• Experience improving processes or helping with automation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP (Business One) or similar ERP systems.
• Good interpersonal skills- you can explain things clearly and build good relationships.

Pay: €40,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
