In Group Operations, we manage most of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Execution* Understand and support end-to-end project lifecycle for regional operations initiatives related to trade products, from transaction initiation to transaction settlement, monitoring, control and closure.* Support the Project Team to: * Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.* Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing effective mitigation strategies.* Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects within budget and scope.Prompt Design and Development: * Create and refine prompts for GenAi models, ensuring clear objectives and specific instructions. This includes using techniques like role-based prompting and structured JSON formats to guide AI responses.* Track and monitor GenAi Model output accuracy and refine prompts in accordance to improve model accuracy, enabling effective use of GenAi tools across the organization.Prompt Optimization and Accuracy: * Continuously monitor and refine prompts to improve the accuracy and soundness of GenAi-generated content.* Address challenges such as insufficient model accuracy or lack of explainability by guiding models with system instructions and enhancing prompt engineering techniques.* Tailor prompts for diverse tasks, including audit report drafting, policy knowledge base queries, and agent selection, by providing relevant context and formatting instructions.Collaboration and Documentation: * Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective GenAi prompts.* Maintain a centralised repository of prompt templates and adopt best practices for various GenAi applications in accordance with bank standards.Requirements* Strong project management experience with a proven track record (waterfall or agile model).* Relevant knowledge on Trade systems and experience as system end user will be advantageous* Expertise in understanding customer requirements and translating the same into user stories, test strategy and test cases* Possess strong written and verbal communications skills* Demonstrates good work ethics and is able to adapt to changes and is able to deliver within tight timelines* Highly detail oriented, organized and organizationally agile individual preferred.* Ability to operate self-sufficiently under strategic direction* Willingness to adapt to dynamic circumstances* Able to work independently* Expert with Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and others project tools will be advantageous Apply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognizes your achievements.
