Join FRÈD CAFÉ, premium French boutique. We are seeking a part time role (around 25 hours per week) to master both our specialty coffee and gourmet food station in our DUN LAOGHAIRE location (Dublin South county)
This is a dual-role: you must be as comfortable preparing gourmet sandwiches and crêpes as you are pulling shots. If you are 'coffee-only', this is not the role for you. We are looking for a reliable professional.

THE MISSION: LEADERSHIP & EXECUTION You will be the guardian of our standards. This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to maintain flawless operations when the Manager is off-duty.
- Specialty Coffee Authority: Full autonomy on dialing in recipes, maintaining grind consistency, and executing high-standard latte art.

You are as comfortable and precise in the refined preparation of our French gourmet menu (sandwiches, crepes, ice-cream...) as you are behind the espresso machine. REQUIREMENTS – CAREER PROS ONLY
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a busy, high-quality hospitality environment.
- Technical Autonomy: Fully operational on specialty coffee equipment and HACCP standards.
- References: Professional references from previous long-term employers will be requested.

Pay: €14.15 per hour
