Responsibilities:

• Oversee beverage preparation and ensure consistent product quality.
• Lead and train baristas in coffee techniques, customer service, and equipment maintenance.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences in a warm, welcoming café environment.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to support smooth daily operations.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives by promoting new drinks and gathering customer feedback.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership skills
