Senior Bartender - Searsons Of Baggot Street (4-Day Work Week)

Searsons of Baggot Street, one of Dublin’s finest and most established pubs, is currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Bartender to join our vibrant and professional bar team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality who enjoys working in a busy, high-energy environment.

Role Overview:

As a Full-Time Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service, maintaining high standards, and contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere Searsons is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming bar experience
• Take orders efficiently and manage customer interactions professionally
• Handle cash and card payments accurately, including end-of-shift balancing
• Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking bar supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
• Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ bartending experience in a Dublin pub or restaurant
• Fluent English with strong communication skills
• Solid knowledge of bar operations and service standards
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Strong customer service skills and a team-focused attitude
