Senior Bartender - The Bank On College Green (4-Day Week)

The Bank on College Green is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Bartender to join our front-of-house team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled hospitality professional to step into a leadership role within one of Dublin’s most iconic venues.

As Senior Bartender, you will play a key role in maintaining exceptional service standards, supporting the bar management team, and leading by example in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering consistently high standards of customer service
• Leading bar service during busy periods and supporting junior bartenders
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge across cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day bar operations
• Upholding health & safety and operational procedures
• Supporting training, mentoring, and team development
• Representing The Bank’s standards of professionalism and hospitality at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years’ bartending experience in a high-volume or premium venue
• Previous experience in a senior or supervisory bartending role preferred
• Strong cocktail, spirits, wine, and beer knowledge
• Proven ability to lead by example during busy services
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
