Senior Bartender - The Bank On College Green (4-Day Week)

The Bank on College Green, one of Dublin’s most iconic and historic hospitality venues, is currently seeking an experienced and driven Senior Bartender to join our dynamic front-of-house team.

Operating in a fast-paced, high-volume, premium environment, this role is ideal for a confident hospitality professional who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As Senior Bartender, you will be a key figure behind the bar — setting standards, supporting management, and ensuring every service runs seamlessly.

The Role:

Leadership on the Floor – Take ownership of busy services, guide and support junior bartenders, and ensure the bar operates efficiently at all times.

Exceptional Guest Experience – Deliver warm, professional and knowledgeable service, creating a memorable experience for every guest.

Premium Product Knowledge – Demonstrate strong expertise in cocktails, spirits, wines and beers, ensuring consistency, quality and presentation standards are maintained.

Operational Excellence – Oversee day-to-day bar operations including stock control, cash handling, cleanliness, and adherence to company procedures.

Training & Mentorship – Support the onboarding and development of team members, maintaining The Bank’s high standards of service and professionalism.

Standards & Compliance – Ensure all health & safety and operational procedures are strictly followed.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3–4+ years’ experience in a high-volume, quality-driven venue
• Previous senior or supervisory bartending experience preferred
• Strong cocktail-making skills and premium product knowledge
• Natural leadership ability with confidence during busy services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Professional, well-presented and guest-focused
• Must currently be living in Ireland

This role would suit an established Senior Bartender or a strong, ambitious Bartender ready to step into a leadership position.
