You are an experienced Fintech SaaS professional with a strong track record of managing enterprise customer relationships. You combine high emotional intelligence (EQ) with sharp business and technical acumen, allowing you to engage confidently with stakeholders from investigators to C-suite executives. You thrive in new markets and are motivated by the opportunity to be the first hire in APAC, shaping how Quantifind supports customers across the region.

You are highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of guiding both the software deployment and ongoing operational adoption of Quantifind's solutions. You take pride in being a trusted client advocate while also defining new processes and best practices that will set the foundation for a growing regional team.

Who We Are

Quantifind is the Risk Intelligence company. We help some of the world's biggest banks identify money laundering and fraud. Quantifind also works with government agencies, using the same platform, to uncover criminal networks and support national security. Quantifind delivers results through an AI-driven software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution with consumer-grade user experiences.

Quantifind's Graphyte platform uncovers signals of risk across disparate and unstructured text sources using artificial intelligence and natural language processing techniques. In financial crimes risk management, Quantifind's solution uniquely combines internal financial institution data with public domain data to assess risk in the context of Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Fraud Risk Management, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes. Today these compliance processes are burdened by ever-increasing regulatory responsibilities and an expectation of frictionless transactions. Legacy technologies demand increasingly more human resources as the operations expand; Quantifind's solution offers a way to cut through the inefficiency and enhance effectiveness simultaneously. What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (Master's, MBA) a plus
  • 6–10 years of experience managing enterprise customer relationships in financial services or fintech SaaS
  • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance (AML, KYC, CDD) and how technology supports these processes
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS deployment, data security/privacy, and a solid grasp of data science and machine learning concepts
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
  • Experience working across functions (Product, Engineering, Sales, Data Science) to align on client needs
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is excited to help build Quantifind's APAC presence

The Opportunity We Offer

As Quantifind's first Customer Success Manager in APAC, you will:

  • Own client relationships across Singapore and the broader APAC region, guiding onboarding, adoption, and long-term engagement
  • Serve as the trusted advisor to banks, financial institutions, and government clients, ensuring they realize maximum value from Quantifind's platform
  • Drive renewals, expansions, and advocacy by demonstrating ROI and embedding Quantifind in client workflows
  • Champion the voice of APAC clients internally, ensuring their needs are reflected in our product roadmap
  • Build scalable processes for customer engagement, reporting, and success metrics in a new market
  • Partner closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams across time zones to deliver on client commitments
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, helping shape Quantifind's growing APAC team and presence
  • Travel to meet with clients and stakeholders as needed
