Leveraging over US$50 billion in assets and a strong global presence, we deliver attractive, consistent returns by crafting unique, long-term investment opportunities for our clients and building a lasting legacy in the regions we serve.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong programming skills and a deep analytical mindset to directly support our Real Estate Fund Management team. The professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining market databases, automating financial workflows, and building analytical models that drive the investment decision-making process.
The position requires constant interaction with real estate financial structures, including CRIs (Real Estate Receivables Certificates) and FIIs (Real Estate Investment Funds), as well as participation in the development of tools and reports that support the analysis and monitoring of portfolio assets.
We are looking for a proactive, engaged professional with strong intellectual curiosity, capable of structuring data, developing analytical solutions, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the investment team's analytical processes.
Key Responsibilities
Data Infrastructure & Management: Develop, structure, and maintain comprehensive historical databases for funds and market data, ensuring data quality and consistency across multiple sources.
Financial Data Analysis: Process and analyze public market data, including fund reports, CVM filings, and closing information, transforming raw data into structured insights.
Cash Flow & Allocation Modeling: Build and automate managerial cash flow projections, supporting portfolio allocation and investment decisions.
Reporting & Dashboards: Design and develop dashboards, analytical tools, and front-end interfaces to support portfolio monitoring and decision-making.
Data Integration: Integrate internal back- and middle-office data (e.g., custodians, administrators) with external market data sources.
Investment Support: Partner with portfolio managers and project managers to analyze fund performance, generate reports, and assess the financial impact of investment decisions.
Process Improvement: Continuously improving data pipelines, reporting workflows, and analytical processes within the investment team.
Requirements
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within financial institutions, asset management firms, or investment banks.
Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and investment products.
Advanced experience in data manipulation and structuring (e.g., Python, SQL).
Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or web-based front-end frameworks).
Familiarity with full-stack or front-end development concepts is a strong plus.
Exposure to real estate financial instruments (CRIs, FIIs) and capital markets is highly desirable.
Profile
- Proactive, hands-on, and intellectually curious.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to operate in a hybrid role between data, finance, and investment teams.
