About the Team:
The Marketplace Promotion Engineering team works on features and systems that support Shopee's unique promotion mechanisms and strategies. This includes features such as Campaign, Vouchers, Flash Sales, Bundle Deals and more. These promotion mechanisms are critical components of our Shopee Marketplace that provide discounts to our buyers, drive traffic to our platforms and boost orders for our sellers.

Job Description:
- Responsible for front-end development of Shopee Marketplace core business features
- Deliver world-class user experiences to millions of users worldwide
- Write clean and maintainable code, and optimize code to improve reliability, performance, scalability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on building user-friendly and responsive web applications.
- Familiar with at least one programming language (e.g, Javascript, Typescript, Java, Python, C, C++ etc…)
- Solid understanding of computer fundamentals.
- Demonstrate passion for front-end development.
- Good collaborator and team player.
Good to have
- Familiarity with web application development and experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other frontend languages.
- Familiarity with a modern web framework (e.g. React, Angular, Vue).
- Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.
- Good understanding of user experience principles.
