Senior Hotel Receptionist

We are just announcing an exceptional opening to join our team as Hotel Receptionist

Job Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available

One year of experience as Hotel Receptionist and Hotsoft knowledge is an advantage but not required.

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Receptionist.

The Receptionist Role:

Deliver the highest level of guest experience to everyone, giving all the necessary information regarding the Hotel and providing accurate directions about local attractions and services.

Assist guests in check-in/check-out process, following all the legal requirements.

Answer and direct incoming calls and emails, following the company’s etiquette.

Issue room keys and direct guests to their rooms

Maintain clear and accurate records of guest room bookings.

Liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests.

The position is fitting you if:

You are passionate, motivated, and able to work in a busy environment.

Have an excellent command of the English language.

You are very focused on customer service and have a friendly personality.

You are able to work a flexible schedule.

Previous experience as a receptionist in a 4–5-star hotel is a plus.

Knowledge of Hotsoft or any other PMS system is also a plus.

Please note, in order to be best considered, you should be living in Galway and have held relevant positions in four and five star hotels.

Experience with Hotsoft a distinct advantage.
