Senior Hr Specialist
We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to be the driving force behind our HR operations. In this high-impact, hands-on role, you will own the full cycle of payroll, compensation, and benefits administration while ensuring strict compliance and relentlessly pushing the boundaries of what HR can achieve through technology, automation, and data. Beyond core operations, you will actively support compensation reviews and ad hoc C&B projects as business needs evolve. You are not just an operator — you are a change agent who challenges the status quo, embraces new ideas, and builds a scalable, future-ready HR infrastructure that powers our people and business forward. [What You'll Do] Compensation, Payroll & Benefits Administration - Own and execute accurate, end-to-end payroll processing and ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws and tax regulations - Administer all employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, renewals, and vendor coordination - Support periodic compensation reviews, salary benchmarking exercises, and salary structure maintenance to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity - Contribute to ad hoc C&B projects as required by business needs, including but not limited to benefits redesign, compensation policy updates, and market survey participation HR Operations & Process Innovation - Proactively challenge existing HR workflows and pursue improvement opportunities across onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management - Champion a culture of continuous innovation by introducing new approaches, tools, and methodologies to replace outdated practices - Develop forward-thinking, scalable operating procedures that go beyond compliance and set new standards of operational excellence HR Technology & Digital Transformation - Serve as a strategic super user and internal champion for our HRIS platform (SAP), driving adoption, data integrity, and system optimization - Take initiative in evaluating, piloting, and implementing cutting-edge HR technology solutions that redefine how HR operates - Boldly apply Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation tools to eliminate inefficiencies and free up capacity for higher-value work - Harness People Analytics Platform (PAP) tools to surface workforce insights, tell compelling data stories, and influence business decisions #LI-WC1
[What You'll Bring] Education - Bachelor's degree or above is required - Degrees in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical disciplines are strongly preferred - Degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields are welcomed, provided the candidate demonstrates strong technical aptitude and an innovative, data-driven mindset Experience - 5–8 years of hands-on HR operations experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Deep, demonstrable expertise in end-to-end payroll processing, compensation administration, and benefits management - Hands-on experience supporting compensation reviews and C&B project delivery in a business partnering or operations capacity - Proven track record of ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, tax requirements, and internal governance standards - Experience working across cross-functional or cross-regional teams in a global or multi-market context is highly valued
