Senior Internal Sales

Trade Electric is an independent Irish owned electrical and lighting distributor with 15 branches around the country. Previous winners of the Independent Electrical Wholesaler of the year award at the annual EIFI awards ceremony in Dublin, Trade Electric continues to grow its market share and this can be attributed to its loyal and hard working staff and their excellent customer relationships.

After our recent acquisition of Mullingar Electrical, we require an experienced Internal Sales person based at our premises in Dundalk, where we currently trade as North East Electrical Wholesale. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Branch Manager and the primary role of this candidate will be to help with the smooth running of the business and to perform sales duties including generating leads and contributing to the further growth of the branch in Dundalk.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assisting the branch manager & generating sales and sales leads.
• Following up on quotations
• Assisting in the stores if required
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and customers re deliveries

Qualifications and Skills

The successful candidate must demonstrate:

• Excellent Customer Service
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Good geographical knowledge of the North Eastern area
• Be capable of being part of a highly motivated and driven sales team already in situ.
• Knowledge of the electrical wholesale industry would be a huge advantage.
• Full clean driving licence.
