RESPONSIBILITIES:
OFF-PLATFORM CAMPAIGN PLANNING
- Develop and execute innovative digital media strategies across major platforms like TikTok, Meta, Google, and other relevant channels, driving traffic and conversions to client e-commerce stores.
- Conduct thorough audience research and develop targeted campaigns to reach desired customer segments.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize performance towards client KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and platform updates.
ON-PLATFORM CAMPAIGN PLANNING & EXECUTION
- Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns on major marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon, leveraging platform-specific advertising solutions such as Sponsored Discovery, Sponsored Ads, and Amazon Ads.
- Manage and optimize marketplace affiliate programs to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with marketplace partners to identify new opportunities and leverage platform insights.
FINANCIAL RECONCILIATION:
- Manage campaign budgets and track spending across all platforms.
- Reconcile invoices and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Provide clients with transparent and detailed campaign performance reports.
CLIENT MANAGEMENT:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Proactively communicate campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations.
TEAM COLLABORATION:
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and best practices.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 2 years+ of experience in digital media planning and execution, with a strong focus on retail/e-commerce.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing campaigns across various platforms, including TikTok, Meta, Google, Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon.
- Knowledge of Paid Social, Programmatic planning and buying and other digital channels
- Deep understanding of marketplace advertising solutions and affiliate marketing programs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific reporting dashboards).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
