We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal to provide advanced litigation and technical support on complex, data-intensive Affirmative Civil Enforcement (ACE) matters. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong eDiscovery experience who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven federal litigation environments.
You will work closely with USAO Automated Litigation Support (ALS) teams and attorneys, supporting the full lifecycle of electronic evidence while contributing to high-impact government litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the full lifecycle of Electronically Stored Information (ESI), including:
· Data collection, tracking, processing, and production
· Ensuring compliance with imaging and metadata extraction protocols
· Administer and maintain document review platforms such as:
· Relativity
· Eclipse
· Provide advanced litigation support, including:
· Drafting legal documents, reports, and case summaries
· Reviewing and analyzing complex electronic records and case materials
· Supporting attorneys with pleadings, referrals, and discovery
· Conduct legal research using:
· LexisNexis
· Westlaw
· Track court deadlines and ensure timely case progression
· Coordinate pretrial activities, including:
· Witness preparation and logistics
· Collaborate with attorneys, ALS staff, and cross-functional teams to meet critical litigation deadlines
Qualifications
· Minimum 5+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in federal litigation or government support environments
· Strong experience with eDiscovery and ESI management
· Hands-on experience with Relativity, Eclipse, or similar platforms
· Proficiency in:
· Microsoft Office Suite
· Adobe Acrobat Professional
· Demonstrated ability to:
· Manage large volumes of data with precision
· Work independently while handling multiple priorities
· Communicate effectively with legal teams and stakeholders
· Experience supporting Affirmative Civil Enforcement (ACE) matters is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
· Prior experience supporting USAO, DOJ, or federal litigation teams
· Familiarity with litigation support workflows and automated systems (ALS environments)
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
