Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with investment

goals.

• Lead product planning and execution throughout the lifecycle—from discovery and

ideation to release and performance tracking.

Customer Development & Research

• Conduct structured interviews, surveys, and usage analyses to understand user needs

and segment client types.

• Develop customer personas and use research insights to shape product direction and

client interactions.

• Lead hypothesis testing via MVPs, feature experiments, and pilot initiatives to validate

customer pain points and product-market fit.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with the IT and research teams to understand user needs and ensure the

platform delivers actionable insights.

• Work closely with data engineering, analytics, and AI teams to integrate advanced data

features and automated workflows.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure product success and inform strategic

decisions.

• Leverage user feedback and product analytics to enhance functionality, usability, and

experience.

Customer Support Process

• Design and scale clear, effective customer support processes.
• Create documentation and support channels to reduce friction in onboarding and

troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with engineering and operations to streamline how support issues are

resolved.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in financial

data intelligence.

• Use market insights to inform product improvements and maintain Arcanis’ competitive

edge in venture capital investing.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services, data

analytics, or venture capital.

• Analytical/research background, preferably in Investment or Venture Capital
• Proven track record of delivering complex products from concept to launch, with a focus

on user-centric design and scalability.

• Experience working with data engineering, AI/ML teams, and large datasets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business

needs into actionable product requirements.
