Senior Product Marketing Manager

Walker Labs are a venture-backed video game and next-gen web technology developer. As a Product Marketing Manager at Walker Labs you will be a key component in the success of our games, working throughout the whole marketing funnel. You are the mastermind behind the marketing strategy and you will make sure we create stunning assets that are perfectly suited for our target audience. We expect you to be a visionary marketeer, who is not afraid of being hands on and can project manage large complex campaigns by yourself.


What you get to do:

  • Own the Marketing Strategy: Create and execute go-to-market strategies for Alara Prime, aligning with key milestones and player engagement goals.

  • Engage Gamers: Develop, deliver and project manage marketing campaigns that connect with players at every stage of their journey, from anticipation to loyalty.

  • Market Leadership: Analyze trends in gaming, competition, and player preferences to ensure Walker Labs is always ahead of the curve.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with game developers, community teams, and external partners to maintain a unified vision for Alara Prime.

  • Optimize for Success: Track campaign performance and use insights to refine and maximize impact.

  • Elevate the Brand: Position Alara Prime and Walker Labs as industry leaders through consistent, compelling messaging.

What you bring to the role

  • Experience: 7+ years in product marketing or related roles within the gaming industry.

  • Strategic Thinker: Expertise in planning and executing large-scale marketing strategies.

  • Creative Storyteller: Exceptional skills in crafting narratives that captivate and inspire diverse audiences.

  • Analytical Approach: Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with a strong grasp of marketing analytics and tools. It is especially important to understand UA and be able to optimize campaigns.

  • Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-departmental initiatives.

  • Technical Know-How: Familiarity with marketing software, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.

Bonus:

  • Experience in sales, pricing and partnership negotiations.
