Job Summary
As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the successful delivery of multiple interior design and fit-out projects. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from planning and design coordination to execution and handover—ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. By leading cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and mitigating risks, you will ensure smooth project execution while fostering collaboration and excellence across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

· Client liaison
· Monitor site progress & provide analyst report on site progress
· Area associated with project management
i. For the successful completion and documentation of all projects from tendering to construction and post-construction phases, when assigned to do so.
ii. Arrange clients, consultants and subcontractors/ suppliers weekly site meeting and prepare agenda, meeting of minutes and any project management documents applicable to successful deliver the project.
iii. Regular inspection of site progress & provide analyst report on site progress weekly. Including issuing weekly project reports to the clients by every Monday COB (6pm)
iv. Client servicing and follow up to their satisfaction, provided the service does not compromise our business objectives & operational effectiveness.
v. Monitor the design & costing of the project with the design and contract team.
vi. To Support the contract Manager to ensure AI Associates invoice claims are approved and paid.
vii. Obtain best results in terms of performance & budget from the contractors, consultants vendors appointed for the projects under your management.
viii. Ensure all authority submissions are submitted on time and in accordance with locality requirements. This is targeted 3 weeks prior to Practical Completion Date.
ix. To ensure the project programme is met and highlight any delays and solution to make up the programme accordingly.
x. Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
xi. The project shall be completed according to design specifications (quality) and scheduled timeline.
xii. Ensure for zero defect within 2 weeks after Practical Completion of all projects under your management.
xiii. The successful completion and documentation of the project such as signed Practical completion certificate, final account, operational maintenance manual, as built drawings, landlord & authority approval the Practical Completion date.
xiv. To follow AI Associates SOP requirements through the project lifecycle
xv. To develop documents as required to obtain approval from the clients & consultants i.e. RFA, RFI etc.
xvi. To administrator the project under the contract terms & conditions agreed between AI Associates and the client.
· Any other related roles assigned by the managing director
Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
· Minimum 3 years of project management experience, with at least 1 years in a leadership role within interior design/fit-out or construction projects.
· Proven track record managing multiple large-scale commercial or corporate interior projects.
· Strong knowledge of project management tools, contract administration, and construction methods.
· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
· Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and contract negotiations.
· Good understanding of statutory requirements, building codes, and local authority approval processes.
· Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Willingness to travel to project sites across when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
