A leading Irish Main Contractor is growing and now seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a high‑profile project in Dublin.

About the Role

You will lead the full lifecycle of large‑scale construction projects across Residential, Commercial, Education and Life Sciences sectors. Working closely with internal teams, design partners and senior stakeholders, you’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from pre‑construction through to completion and client handover
• Develop and manage project schedules, procurement strategies and resource plans
• Oversee project financials including cost control, forecasting and reporting
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, design teams, subcontractors and regulatory bodies
• Ensure full compliance with Irish Building Regulations and company Health & Safety standards
• Drive a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement
• Manage inspections, audits and all associated project documentation

What You’ll Need

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing construction projects in Ireland or the UK
• Proven track record delivering complex builds in Residential, Commercial, Education or Life Sciences
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of construction processes and contract administration
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Asta, Procore, etc.)
• Valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling and relevant site certifications
