Senior Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex manufacturing projects from inception to completion. This pivotal role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of construction management, project scheduling, and cost control. As a Senior Project Manager, you will coordinate and deliver projects on time and within budget. Your expertise will drive project success while fostering collaboration across all stakeholders.

Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of signage and architectural system projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement activities to ensure contractual compliance and cost control.
• Coordinate with design on schematics, blueprints reading, 3D models, and construction drawings to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Monitor construction schedule coordination and progress reporting; adjust plans proactively to mitigate delays or issues.
• Facilitate communication among clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for effective project coordination.
• Ensure all manufacturing activities meet local codes including permitting.
• Track project costs meticulously; manage budgets effectively to maximize efficiency without compromising quality or safety.

Experience

• Track record in providing unparallel customer service.
• Proven track record managing projects in a construction environment.
• Strong background in construction, cost management, and contract administration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a construction management role while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Deep understanding of construction regulatory compliance requirements across various jurisdictions.
• Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and managing construction activities.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
