Senior Project Manager – Gothenburg

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with the ability to lead and drive cross-functional digital programs with a strong focus on cyber security–related initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, including planning, scope management, risk and dependency management, execution, reporting, and performance follow-up. The assignment requires ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to agreed scope, while continuously aligning outcomes with defined objectives and expected business value.

You will lead the execution of the program by coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring that all deliveries contribute to the overall goals and key results (OKRs) of the initiative.

Requirements

We are looking for a collaborative and communicative leader with strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with both senior management and delivery teams. You are experienced in acting as a servant leader and coach, leading large and distributed teams, including virtual and cross-organizational setups. You have a proven ability to manage risks and dependencies across teams and to create and communicate a clear, consolidated roadmap.

You bring a strong interest in digital technology combined with solid program management expertise, and you understand how structured delivery enables strategic objectives. While you bring senior experience, you are also curious and committed to continuous learning, recognizing that ongoing development is key to driving innovation.

Experience within Cyber Security, Network, and Identity Management is highly valued.
