The position

Are you an experienced Project or Program Manager with a passion to develop and deliver great software and would like to work with e-health?

If so, we have got a fantastic opportunity for you. As a member of the Program Management Office (PMO) you will be part of a team working cross the complete company leading projects and programs that provide preventive, intelligent and reliable solutions making a difference through the digitalization of healthcare.

As Senior Project Manager you will plan and manage different improvement, development and implementation projects toward its goals. You will have an ongoing dialogue with internal and external customers and manage the financial and commercial aspects of the project. You will manage collaboration within the project team as well as with other areas of the organization. Perform stakeholder analysis, risk management and change control. To feel comfortable in this position you must be great at building trust, communicate well and enjoy creating clarity and structure. You shall also be aware of common project and agile methodologies. In addition to hands-on project management, you will promote self-organization in teams and support them in adopting agile principles and methods in our daily work.

About you

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have strong knowledge of project management with different delivery methods. It is easy for you to build relationships as you have a coaching mindset and experience to lead as a facilitator and enabler.

Requirements

• • Extensive experience as a project manager in software development projects
  • Experience from common project methodologies
  • Experience of running projects using agile delivery methods
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English

Additional information:

Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping

Scope: Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office)

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
