We are now seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in helping us grow our business further while maintaining our high standards of design and service.

The Role

As Senior Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing and converting your sales pipeline from start to finish — from the initial client consultation, through design and concept creation, to closing the sale and overseeing successful delivery and installation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your own sales pipeline and reporting regularly to management.
  • Meeting with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, and providing tailored design-led solutions.
  • Producing 3D and VR bathroom designs for clients (training provided).
  • Generating new leads and converting them into sales opportunities.
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience, including conflict resolution when needed.
  • Coordinating with the operations and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Keeping accurate records and maintaining organised, timely follow-ups.
  • Contributing ideas to improve the sales process and enhance customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is ambitious, professional, and proactive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bathroom and tile sales, along with strong customer relationship skills and a flair for design.

Essential requirements:

  • Prior sales experience in the bathroom/tile industry.
  • Strong pipeline management and sales reporting skills.
  • Computer literacy and confidence in learning new systems (3D/VR design training provided).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle conflict in a calm and professional manner.
  • Full, clean driving licence and your own transport.

Desirable skills:

  • Experience creating design visuals or working in design-led sales environments.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • The ability to work independently, using initiative without needing constant direction.

  • Structured working hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Saturday, 9:00am – 4:00pm (with every third Saturday off in rotation)
  • Bank holidays: closed Saturday–Monday for long weekends.
