Location: Glanmire, Cork (T45 C562)

Full-time | 5 days per week, Mon–Sat rotation

We are looking for top calibre candidates to join our winning team. We are expanding and currently seeking to recruit a Senior Car Sales Executive to join us. This is an amazing opportunity to work with Ireland's best selling car brand.

Are you a driven, customer-focused sales professional with a passion for the motor industry and interested in joining our expanding dynamic team and help deliver exceptional results and service for one of Ireland’s leading dealerships.

What You’ll Do

• Promote and sell new and used vehicles to showroom, digital, and referral customers
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact to vehicle handover
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across vehicles, finance, and accessories
• Manage CRM activity - ensuring accurate records, timely follow-ups, and high engagement
• Support marketing and sales campaigns, ensuring showroom and stock presentation excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in automotive sales (minimum 3 years preferred)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• Professional appearance and excellent customer relationship skills
• Full, clean driving licence required
• Proficient with CRM systems and sales documentation
